Islander Vacation Residences is a first class company dedicated to providing our clients with quality home management services. We are a solid company that operates the Reef Resort complex including: Wyndham, Reef Regency and Sabor Resort, we have years of experience in the tourism / hospitality industry. As homeowners ourselves who maintain rental property on the Island, we know the necessity of employing the services of a business that realizes the unique needs and requirements of oftentimes absent homeowners. We will provide detail attention and superior specialized services to our clients.

HOW CAN WE TAKE CARE OF YOU?
Your property is important to us!! We will inspect your home on a regular basis, ensuring that is maintained in excellent condition. Our staff of dedicated employees is committed to caring for your home as if it were their very own. We retain the services of honest, reliable personnel who charge fair and reasonable prices for their maintenance and / or repair services.

Our company charges an affordable and competitive fee for our monthly services. We will provide monthly maintenance statements along with original receipts for all services rendered. We will meet with you on a regular basis and keep you informed of any special circumstances that may arise with concern to your property. Keeping our clients up to date and engaged is a priority.

Our services may include but are not limited to supervising and employing maids, gardeners, general maintenance workers, chef’s services, concierge services, contractors as needed, etc. We will pay all monthly and annual bills in a timely fashion. Let us know your needs and we can personalize them to you.

Our property manager meets and greets all clients either at the Cozumel airport or on the property itself for people flying into Cancun. We give a brief but informative tour  of the condo and will be happy to make arrangements for activities such as diving, snorkeling, tours, chef’s services, rental cars, etc. Our knowledge of the Island is extensive and our personal welcome is important for your special guests. We are on call 24 hours a day in case any emergency should arrive.

If you are interesting in adding your condo to our Islander Vacation Residences, we will advertise your home as an available rental property. We are currently in the process of building a new website to advertise our rental services. As our own website traffic builds, more and more potential renters will offer you the chance to receive income on your very special investment.
